How to think about $197
Google charges per lead, and since Oct. 1, 2026 that can include some calls nobody answered. For scale, here's one public benchmark of Google LSA spend:

Pricing questions
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. It's month-to-month under our Terms of Service. Cancel anytime by emailing tom@keptring.com or using the cancel link in any billing email. Future charges stop, and service runs through the end of the month you've paid for.
Do I pay for the pilot?
No. The 14-day pilot is free, and we don't need a card to start it. Billing starts only after you agree to $197/month at signup, and we email you at least 3 days before the first charge with the date, amount, and a cancel link.
What will I see on my statement? What if a charge looks wrong?
Charges show up as KEPTRING.COM. We don't refund partial months, but if a charge looks wrong, email tom@keptring.com within 7 days and we'll review it and make it right, including refunding any duplicate or mistaken charge. Please reach out to us before disputing it with your bank. See the billing terms.
What counts as a "line"?
One business phone number that forwards to KeptRing. Running separate numbers for different trades or locations? Ask and we'll quote it plainly.
Is there a cap on minutes?
The plan is sized for a typical small shop's overflow and after-hours calls. If your volume is far beyond that, we'll tell you during the pilot, before you pay anything. No surprise charges.
Does KeptRing reduce my Google bill?
No. Answered calls are still judged as leads under Google's rules. KeptRing helps the calls you're already paying for turn into jobs. Details.
