Full billing details: how the free trial and billing work

Today: $0. Your 14 free days start the day your KeptRing line goes live, not the day you add your card. Example: your line goes live on a Tuesday, and your first charge is two weeks later on Tuesday (day 15). We email you that exact date the day you go live. If we can't get your line live within 30 days of checkout, we cancel and you're never charged.
The trial includes 250 answered minutes per line, and test calls count. We email you at 150, 200, and 240 minutes.
What happens if you use all 250 minutes: KeptRing stops answering that line and forwards your calls to the fallback number you give us at setup (or your voicemail), including after-hours and emergency calls, until your paid plan starts. To avoid the pause, start your plan early anytime: reply to any warning email or use the link in it. We only start it early with your OK. Leads we already captured are always delivered.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts automatically: $197/month per line on our founding-customer rate while spots last (it goes to our first 10 customers whose first charge is paid; standard $249). It stays $197 as long as you stay subscribed without a break. Plus any applicable taxes, billed monthly in advance. The next page shows the amount and the latest possible first-charge date; the exact date is emailed when your line goes live.
Each line includes 500 answered minutes per billing period on the paid plan. Extra answered minutes are 25¢ each, billed on your next invoice, with no cap. Alerts at 80% and 100% of your minutes, and when extra-minute charges reach your alert amount (default $50), are notices only and don't limit billing.
We email you 7 days and 3 days before your first charge with the date, the amount, and a link to cancel online.
Cancel anytime, including during the trial, from the "Manage billing" link in any billing email (Stripe's secure billing portal), or by emailing support@keptring.com. No partial-month refunds.
Charges appear on your statement as KEPTRING.

Required

Both boxes start unchecked. When you submit, we record the date and time, the Terms version, the exact wording of each box, your plan and number of lines, and your IP address and browser, as proof of your agreement (see the Privacy Policy).

Next: confirm your dates, then add a card on Stripe's secure checkout. You won't be charged today.

KeptRing is not an emergency service. See Section 3 of the Terms.
