Accessibility at KeptRing
We want keptring.com and our signup, demo, and setup forms to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or voice control. Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We don't claim the site fully meets it yet. This page says what we've tested, what we know still needs work, and how to reach us.

What we've tested
As of October 19, 2026, we've checked every page in our sitemap, plus the signup, setup, and forwarding pages, with automated tools (axe-core and a color contrast check) at desktop and phone widths. We've also done keyboard-only checks and a review of the page code and the browser's accessibility tree. In that review:
- Every page has a language set, one main heading, labeled regions, and a "Skip to content" link.
- Every form field has a visible label, and the help text under a field is read along with it.
- All text meets the 4.5:1 contrast minimum, and the keyboard focus ring is high contrast.
- Everything works with a keyboard, with no traps.
- Nothing plays sound on its own, and the recorded demo call has a written transcript.
Automated tools catch only some problems, so passing them isn't proof that a page works for everyone.
Known issues we're working on
- The demo call transcript. The transcript for the recorded call on the home page is the automatic one, and it has a few garbled lines. We're replacing it with a corrected version.
- The 15-minute demo window. After you fill in the demo form, you have 15 minutes to call, and there's no way to extend it on the page. If you need more time, email us and we'll set it up with you.
- The demo needs a voice call. KeptRing answers phone calls, so the demo is a phone call. If you can't make a voice call, you can read the transcript of a recorded test call on the home page and an example lead summary on How it works, or email us and we'll help another way.
- Error pages clear the form. If the demo, signup, or setup form finds a problem after you submit, the "Back" button returns you to an empty form.
- Long agreement checkboxes. The two agreement checkboxes on the signup page have long labels, so a screen reader reads the full terms each time you reach them.
- Required checkboxes. Some browsers announce a required checkbox as "invalid" before you've touched it.
- Screen readers and devices. We haven't yet tested with JAWS, NVDA, or VoiceOver, on real phones, or in Windows high contrast mode.
Payment
Card payment for the free trial is handled by Stripe Checkout, on a page run by Stripe. We don't control that page's design. If it doesn't work for you, or you'd rather not use the signup form, email support@keptring.com with the subject "Accessibility" and we'll set up your trial with you by email.
What we don't use
We don't use accessibility overlay widgets. We fix the pages themselves. We review this page after every major site update.
