What you earn
- 25% of the subscription amount on every invoice your referred client pays, for 12 months starting with their first paid invoice.
- Example: a client on the $197/month founding rate earns you $49.25 for each month they pay, up to $591 over 12 paid months. On the $249/month standard plan it's $62.25 a month. These are list-price examples, not a promise of results.
- Not included: extra-minute charges, tax, credits, refunded amounts, and free-trial time.
- Paid monthly by bank transfer once your available balance is $25 or more, after a 60-day hold on each payment. A W-9 is required before your first payout.

- Get your statement. Each month, you get an email statement with your clicks, trials, paying clients, and commission.
Your link stores your code in a first-party cookie for 90 days. The first partner link a client opens counts. Once they check out, the credit stays on their account.

Do I have to sell or support anything? No. The program is refer-only. KeptRing handles signup, setup, billing, and support directly with your client.
Will my clients pay more because I referred them? No. Same prices, same terms, same free trial.
How do I know what I've earned? You get a monthly statement by email. It lists your referred clients by business name and status, plus what's earned, on hold, and available.
What if a client cancels or gets a refund? Commission is paid only on invoices clients actually paid. Refunds and chargebacks are reversed.
How can I promote it? Email or talk to people you know, share it on your site or social posts, and tell people you earn a referral fee. No spam, cold texts, robocalls, or ads on our brand name.
